Therapeutic Application of Yoga (TAY) immersion

Yoga + Meditation for Health and Healing

The efficacy of yoga as a therapeutic discipline needs no elaboration. In ancient times when medical science was not existent but wars were fought soldiers got wounded with arrows and spears they healed themselves with potions of herbs and medicinal plants and by meditating in certain postures including Veerasana (warrior pose).

Today the medical fraternity around the world is recommending pranayams to regulate granular disorders. The effect of mudras and bandhas on our body and mind is well known. Swamiji has developed a method he calls ‘Therapeutic Application of Yoga (TAY) Immersion’ using yoga and spiritual healing which is being increasingly sought by people with health issues both from India and overseas looking for alternate healing methods. The one- week (56 hours) Immersion includes consultation (detailed dialogue aimed at correct diagnosis), detoxification of body, thought cleansing, appropriate yoga + meditation regimen, diet and lifestyle changes to strengthen immunity depening on individual needs and spiritual healing. At the completion of the Immersion each patron is handed over a specially developed roadmap for follow-up practice at home with online support.
